The caller left a message stating that they were from the IRS and that they were suing me. That I needed to call immediately. The phone just rings, no answering system.

Scammer claiming to be the IRS asking for $900 and to pay right away or what amount I could pay right away today says I owe taxes from 2001 to 2005. Bullsh*t !!!! IRS NEVER calls you for money and they already have all your ID stuff. If you owe them money they will send you a certified letter, never demand instant payment or wired money over the phone. Don't fall prey to this scammer!

same as below. could hear voices in the background. computer voice message saying "this is IRS, we are filing a lawsuit a***nst you. call back at this number..." it's a fraud

I received 2 calls from this number and was left a voice mail saying it was the IRS and I was being sued.

Same as everyone getting identical call if call back they do say IRS but I ***g up. Really if IRS was going to sue would not get a pre-recorded message

got a call and they left a message saying that i was being sued by the irs..

Got a phone call from this number (id stated the name was Jie Zhou) then got a recorded message stating that IRS was suing me and to call back this number. When I called back number just got some static noise and cut off phone call.

got 2 phone calls with recorded msgs saying being sued by IRS and to call back the number.
