They will not take you to court! this company is run by a felon who was banned from collecting debts a few years ago. Only a matter of time before he gets caught.

Has anyone ever been taken to court/sued?

Eric Davis called to say that I owed this money to them...said they were going to take me to court if I don't pay so****ing.  I said take me to court and ***g up.  They called back and asked if the call dropped. I a***n said take me to court and ***g up.

Recieved call early this A.M. Mr. Ross stated he was looking for my daughter in reference to fraudalent activity and asked about her social security #.

This phone number belongs to a credit agency. They are the most aggressive creditors out there. Operator named Ms. Jenkins with a case # and tells you that it would be handled in criminal court if you do not respond and take care of issue ASAP. Say's the Agency is Greenburg Stein and****ociates. Don't fall for the trap. They call everyday and same threatening messages. Just ignore them.
