This number says 'Red Cross', and has been harrassing me for at least 2 months with calls every 4 days or so. The first couple of times I answered and told them, nicely the first time and not so nicely the second to STOP. The calls are continuing, but I got a phone with call block, so I do not have to deal with them.
It does not show up as "American" red cross. Only "Red Cross". No answer when I answered. Just clicking and then the line dropped.
They called me on 5/21. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Seems strange to think that it's listed as a wireless number but that anyone would use their cellphone for telemarketing.
Caller ID shows American Red Cross and number search shows this to be a cell phone from Norman OK or Midwest City, etc. OK. RED CROSS does not call soliciting donations and also would not be using a cell phone. If you wish to donate call ARC yourself and then you know it is not a scam-spam.....
