In regard to my previous post:I called JP Morgan Chase and was surprised at the at***ude of the company in regard to this text message. The first gentleman that I spoke to in personal account fraud didn't seem to know what to do or even care; he transferred me to Security.  The lady in Security that I spoke to didn't listen when I informed her that I wasn't a customer and that none of my bank accounts were from or affiliated with her company (essentially she insinuated that I was clueless as to who I was banking with).  She ended up asking me a lot of personal questions and finding out just what I told her - that I wasn't a customer.  She apologized with little feeling for the inconvenience but didn't mention how they were looking to resolve this.  I called Sprint due to the ID being from Sprint email service.  The lady that I spoke to informed me that the only thing that they could do on their end would be to block the text ID.Results and conclusions:JP Morgan Chase employees are useless and the cell phone companies need to be able to do more to protect their customers.
