They texted claiming to be chase security saying someone was try to zelle money out of my account and if I authorized it I replied no and about half an hour later they called looked legit so I answered and they said someone was trying to take money out and that they would help me get the issue resolved well they to me to zelle myself the money and did that and now my money is gone..

That my credit card was being used for a purchase of over $800.00. That they needed me to prove the account was mine by me providing them with my account information and credit card numbers. You must be out of your mind to think I'm going to give who ever this is any Information. If your the bank you are claiming to work for you already have all that information.

5-21-19 at 4:06 pm received unsolicited robocall from Oklahoma City, OK which advertised the following: “Your credit card interest rate press one to speak with the member services department or press two and your eligibility to lower your rate will expire…” DEFINITE SCAM!

I live in southeastern MA -received a phone call from this number at 1:06 on 1/20/11. Scared the H--l out of me --- jumped out of bed to answer - nobody there. Called ID said JP Morgan Chase. Today (day off from work) decided to call them and complain and ask them to take my name off their list. I am NOT a customer. Automatic voice on other end said it was their INTERNATIONAL number - hope I don't get charged a lot for that phone call --I hung up immediately. Some kind of a scam??

Got a phone call @ 1:59AM. I have a 5 year old, a 3 year old & a 4 month old that all woke up thanks to this call. If my phone rings at that hour, i expect it to be an emergency, not a call to consolidate debt! REALLY OBSCENE!

Got call twice from this number on 01/19/2010 at 11:35 pm and 11:55 pm, noone answered I think this goes for the lawsuit against JPM Chase!!

I received a call from these clowns at 0235 this AM. No one was there. How can I stop this? I called the number back and was told it was the international number for Chase. WTF?

I received a call from this number at 2:05am. My caller ID said JPMorgan Chase. Why are they calling in the middle of the night? Hope they never do it again!!!

They have called me twice now. 10pm on Jan 17th, 2011 11pm on Jan 20th, 2011 No respectful business makes calls to customers at this late hour. Says it's Chase Customer Service for customers living OUTSIDE of the United States. I live in Boston, MA No idea...

please stop soliciting at 2am. 1 405 272 9935 , they are jp chase who answers the number and then denies that it is thier number. that is great customer service.

I received a call from this number at 2:30am. The caller ID said JPMorgan Chase. I have no business with them. Why are they calling in the middle of the night?

Got a call from 405-272-9935 at 1:23am.    I am NOT happy.  I am a senior citizen and have an very elderly parent living next door.   It scares the heck out of you at that hour of the morning.This is not the first time that they have called, they have called several times during the past month.I would NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with J P Morgan Chase because of this incident.  I'm reporting this incident to the Attorney General's Office of Massachusetts.
