I got a call from this number on Friday. But I almost felt like it was someone I knew. There is a voice message with it and it sounds like someone it attempting to reach for so****ing and hits a drinking glass or so****ing. But it scared me for it sounded like someone on a breathing tube or has had a tracheotomy. I am looking for my dad and he has had heart surgery so I instantly thought of that. But it was not a nuisance call but seemed like someone calling for a reason but could not verbalize or communicate in the normal manner.
