got a fax call in at work, but no fax ever went through, also shows as Bank Card Services

I got a call the other night at 3 am from this number and it was a Fax Ma****e - the caller ID said it was Bank CArd Services

call came in w/ caller id as "BANK CARD SVCS", soliciting for credit card merchants. call was from a landline in Norman, OK. lady's name on the message was Karen. when i called back at night, no answer or message ma****e. when i called back in the morning, busy signal, but got through and sounds like it's an automatic dialing system.  don't know if it's a scam or not.
