Called 4 times over 2 hrs. When I answered ***ody was there.

Guy called asking for the office manager, I said she was gone for the day and would be back tomorrow at 8am. He asked if there was anyone else who could handle patient accounts. I said no.

Called my office very rude. Would leave no call back or info and ***g up.

This dude asked for the billing manager first and I said can you give me their name - then he asked for the office manager and I once a***n said what is their name - he ***g up!  Don't know their name you don't get through!
