Call them back every time they call you the calls stopped for month just got another one this was a real person! Shelby should pay her debt.

They have a dialer and there's laws about leaving messages.. So if you see the number just let them know it's not you.. Or own up and pay your debt.. It's simple

Now their automated message can't speak coherently.  Before it was Kristy Mutchler they wanted, now it sounds more like Kristy Mackler.  Either way, PAY YOUR DEBT!!

I am ****ed off with the constant calling, they never leave a message. I thought there were laws a***nst calling someone over and over in one day. there are collection laws, perhaps these people should read them. They also will not send anything in writing, tell me what the debt is, when it took place or anything else. Told them to send me do***entaion of the debt that I supposedly authorized, they are unable to do it. Soneone needs to stop these people and thier scams once and for all. Filed complaint with fcc and ftc.

Calls at various hours during the day and up to 8:30pm and when the answering ma****e answers, ****s up. annoyed

I am sick and tired of these phone calls! They have been told over and over that they are calling a wrong number yet they persist!. They constantly switch ID's and phone numbers in order to get whomever they are trying to reach. What can be done about this matter-surely SO****ING!!

called for someone i don't know and then said i had a debt which i have disputed for 4 years since my identy was stolen and this is one of the debt attributed to this claim. asked them not to call and was told they would call me evereyday till i paid this bill.called back and ask for the phil who first called and was given to another woman who screamed at me for not paying my bill. told them to stop calling a***n and contact me only by mail. have filed complaint with fcc and ftc. we'll see what happens . next step contacting states atty general

I received a call from this company yes****ay at 6:00 pm right at dinner time. No message was left. I called the number back and was left on hold for 10-15 minutes with no answer and then was put into someone named Sandy Simmons voicemail. I looked up their website http://www.nationalcreditsolutions.net/ and called the (800) number provided. However, I was yet a***n put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and given a message stating that "sandy simmons is not available" and it puts me back into her voicemail. I finally reached someone who said who they were looking for and it was someone I don't even know. They removed the number from their call lists. How annoying!

Of course I didnt pay them, I dont owe them. All of my debts are either paid or being paid. They cannot provide me with do***entation that I owe any debts they are claiming that I owe. They are calling my work number after they have been asked not to call my work. They call my house any time day or night. They normally use an automated ma****e to call which is in violation of Indiana laws - as I am on the do not call list. When I called them back - they ***g up on me three times and the fourth time I got a rep who insisted that I owed a bogus debt. He said that if I dont pay the debt he will put it on my credit report. I have never not had an account with BMG for over 10 years and it was paid off when I closed it. Now they have come up with a another debt in which I have never heard of the company.IAW the Fair Debt Collection Act they are violating most every aspect of the act. I am in the process of sending them a latter and I will be forwarding a copy of the letter to the Attorney General of Oklahoma.Hope any of this information will help someone else.

They called my office looking for my daughter, who has BAD credit problems.Left message on my ma****e. She doesn't work here, and I will tell them if they call a***n.Said they are National Credit Bureau.  Given her history, they probably are a collection agency.
