Called 3 times and said my computer had downloaded a Trojan and they would fix it for free if I would give them access. ***g up on them

Said they were technicians and said so****ing about a "domain" and that we were sending/receiving "tainted" files and that if we got on the computer they'd walk us through a way for them to check (open up a remote control session most likely to seize control of computer).

Told me I had malware, etc. Said his name is Joey. Caller is listed as Amanda bowling. Asian accent.

For some reason they called and said I had malware on my computer I check I I did not have one the want me to go in a delate parts of my operating system. For any reading this be careful and check with Microsoft first they did not know them
