This is a collection agency called GC Services www.gcserv.com. I ended up calling T-Mobile and come to find out they had an account that was canceled months ago still being billed and instead of sending me a bill or calling me they sent it to collections. The people at GC Services are VERY RUDE and dont help you worth a **** and could care less who you are and what the problem is they just want there money. When I called T-Mobile they also stated that sense the account had gone to collections there was nothing they could do and I would have to deal with GC Services to get it taken care of. The Number they gave me to call them back was 1-866-794-1918. If you are dealing with them I say good luck to you!
