I was contacted numerous times from someone using this number. Today I found out that it was in possession of a woman, Deloris Jones, an active member of the Kansas City drug culture. I usually do not accept calls to my cell or residential phone when I do not recognize the number or name. The one that I finally talked to was Donna Jean Jones, convicted of two counts of felony child endangerment. Also, an active **********, drug user and thief. I have no desire to have any kind of contact with her. I have tried hard to get that message across to her but her mental capacity is too limited. I believe that her mother is her guardian.
