Also you people that call others ****S, need to under stand the call below . , but they need to make sure they have all the right information for they person ... Because they are violating HIPPA ! They gave me someone else's address and date of birth ! Not so sure this is a legit law firm !

Got a call at work and they did ask for me personally, wanting a payment, well I thought about this and called this Melissa(states she was the manager) and advised her that I had not spoke to her and she names all dates off and then she verified date of birth and she had called the wrong person. So watch this number ,,, Sounds like a scam me ....

My children have Medicaid, although I have given the hospital their card # many times they still continue to call me. They say they will take care of it and take me off the call list, but do not.

Idiots called my Pinger texting number. I do not owe any money anywhere. Nor is my number given to anyone except three people who text me on it.

I owe them NOTHING and they continue to call everyday....they obviously don't keep good records. It's easier to make harassing phone calls than to actually do their job and verify the insurance info and that it's been paid. ****** bags....

They called my work today to verify employment. Has anyone else had any experience with that? By the time I realized I shouldn't have answered their question the lady on the other line said "ok" and ***g up.

It's not always about a choice of whether to pay or not..... OR was it a choice to go to the hospital****hole.  There's many reasons why our healthcare is out of control, not just people who can't pay.  The government doesn't even pay the majority of the time via medicaid or medicare.  This "law office" and I used that term loosely....  collects on medical debts, not a credit card you used to go to the mall shopping.  When hospitals charge $52 for a Tylenol, there's a problem!

actually, it is a legit attorneys office, it is not just to scare people into paying their bills.  They will sue you for your outstanding debt because you are too much of a **** to pay your debt and that is why it costs so much to go to the doctor; because there is $141 BILLION out there in unpaid medical debt, the hospitals have to compensate for their losses.  At the very least it will be reported to the credit bureaus, so I hope you like high interest rates!

I have not owed any money to anyone, I have a maryland phone number, and they keep calling me! I tell them the person they are looking for isn't here! And they say they will remove the number, they fail to do so and I have been receiving calls for 3 months... 2 more calls and my lawyer says its harrasment since we sent a certified letter of do not contact! Why can't they just leave us alone! Also they call us and we are in a different time zone, causing inconvienences!

these ****s keep calling me too... the idiot that called me wouldn't tell me who they were or why they were calling until i gave them the last 4 of my ssn.  i called the one place i owed money to and confirmed that they are a collections agency, but they say there an attorneys office (prolly to scare people into paying) just tell them your not who there calling for and to remove the number from there system.

Called our business line and we are a small company so our voice mail answers and we call back but it was a work lentz on caller id and left a message but didn't say who for or what they wanted. We do not allow personal calls so this went to do not call bin.

Calls just leaving message to call.  Never specifies company calling for, and I have no idea how they would/or why they would be calling cell phone.

Medical collection in OKC and Tulsa who work strictly on a contingency basis.  It's bad debt that's been written off so anything they can bully out of an unsuspecting consumer is pure profit.  All you have to say to them is "put it in writing" (cuz if it ain't in writing, it didn't happen). On 2 separate occasions I have sent them a "prove to me I owe you ANYTHING" letter and they folded like a house of cards and I didn't pay a dime of the $7K they claimed I owed one of the big med ctrs in OKC.  They bounced the billing error back to the original creditor who has written it off.
