I'm a business owner and this guy called and used his credit card to hold the appt. knowing he did not have enough money! I had to pay 2 1099 workers total 132.00. Our policy and I reiterated to him that if he didn't show he would have to pay. I tried to run the card he gave me and it didn't work! I cannot afford this. I am a small business about to out of business and I would like to report this person. Please advise on how to do this. Thanks. Looking forward to your response
