Its a loan modification company.  The funny thing is that they s****ed calling me after I completed a short sale on my property.  Idiots.  Don't bother picking up.

Just got a call from this number. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. However after checking this site, I did call the number back and received a message to press 1 to be added to their do not call list. I pressed 1, and received 'Thank You' and ***g up. I hope to not receive any more of these calls.

who are these people? And Why are they calling?Can we make them stop?

I'm also on the Do Not Call list I  keep getting this phone call.

This is about the 20th call from Merchant S.  Never pick it up.  Annoying.

They are calling me and I am on the do not call register.  I will make a formal complaint if this continues.  It is the Merchant S out of Toronto.  When I answer they **** up.  Perhaps they have a quota of people to call whether they talk to anyone or not.  I just want them to stop.

Usual nonsense selling things either I don't need/want or are outright scams.

They attempted a call to me as well, no message left.

Received a call on my cellphone from this number but they didn't leave a message. I called the number back from my cell multiple times and always reach a busy signal. When I call from a landline or any other number I get through to a automated system that states to press 1 to be put on a "do not call list" and then the call disconnects. They obviously have my cell programmed in the system to not be able to call so that I cannot remove myself. I will report this to the BBB

These are the same *****s that WERE calling from 406-852-8353 - - Caller ID was LOAN MOD DEPT. Seems like maybe our strategy of filling up their vmail box might have caused them to c****e iden***y . . . . but who knows. THe one thing I can recommend to get even with these idiots is, to LEAVE A MESSAGE ! If you press "1" - to speak with a representative - - - they NEVER put you through to anyone . . . .cuz they know if a live body answers the phone they'll spend hours talking to ****ed off people who are just trying to figure out who they are and how to get off their robo dialer. . . . so - they SCREEN their calls hoping that legit folks will be fool enough to leave their number for them to call back. Just leave a random message ! Dont leave your phone number. Fill up their voicemail box with nonesense that will clutter (and maybe even FILL) their box. Same here, multiple times a day but never leave a message. Tried calling back, got a call cannot be completed as dialed message.
