This caller is not a scammer

They said it was Amazon and that somebody had charge $700 on my Amazon prime account. They didn’t seem to want to use my Mac computer, but told me to go to The App Store and follow their instructions to download it. I told them this was not normal procedure. And they ***g up on me

How did they get my number?

called two days in a row. no message

So****ing about Health Care was mentioned and I ***g up on the automated call.
