I've recieved several calls from this number and no one said anything....***?

This number called and did not leave a message. Spammer? Absolutely.

Answered & they ***g up.

I have received calls from this number SEVERAL time over the past few months. If I answer, they **** up. If I dont', they leave a message about lowering my interest rates and to press 1 if I want to be removed. How come I don't get that option when I answer the call. I SO TIRED of getting calls!!!
