Text message: "Hello! I'm interested in your property at [my home address] and wanted to discuss a****ential deal. Would you have time for a quick chat?" My home is not listed for sale.

From a Kara of "BHS", Said they are interested in my house want to buy my house for cash. They listed my address and town, then another text asking age of roof and HVAC. Another text said to expect a call from a "Britton". Never heard of BHS.

They texted me saying that were interested in my property which is not listed. They also used the property address.

texted me that they were looking "in my house", not into my house. Must be a scam

I received a text message from this number stating that they were inside a home I own wanted to talk about making a deal to buy the home. The home is not for sale. I am worried about how they chose to target me.
