3/5/09 @ ~1pm EST i received a phone call of how I can qualify to lower my rates on my MC and Visa due to policy c****es from the administration in the White House.  After 10 random questions I "qualified" for the offer and a "qualification" officer would be calling me shortly.  I already knew this was a scam and asked for them to call me at 6pm so that I could have some fun with them after work.
