I have been an owner with Westgate Resorts since 1997 and I have always had a great experience with them.

I made the mistake of buying a timeshare from westgate.  I have tried to stay in my timeshare for over a year.  It is never available.  They are a total ripoff.  Run, run far, and run fast from this company!

These people keep calling. They claim you can stay at anytime then when you call, no rooms open. The people are nasty, crazy, and loud. Items end up moved, missing, but they claimed no one came into the room.The sheets, furniture where not clean. They replace ***** seat cushions on the sofa with ***** seat cushions. We had to call down to the front office, since no one came. To make sure we stayed in the room. If you are a party, loud, no m****s person this is the place for you. Godly people, that don't drink, talk nice, and have respect for themselves are attacked. God Bless.
