they called me, but my unit has been sold

UPDATE!!  My resort called today and said someone had filed for my ***le to be transferred. I explained the situation to the lady there and she said everything is on track for my unit to be sold and that if they were not selling it, then no one would be filing for my ***le to be transfered. I am still praying for the best, but really unsure right now. I do feel more confident after speaking to resort, but everytime I read all the **** online, I get scared a***n! lol. I will keep everyone posted!

They called me also on 9-13-10 told me they have a buyer for my unit, I paid over $2000 on my discover card. I have got some paperwork from them (2 contracts and copy of warranty deed) everything seems ok so far, I am praying for the best, the young lady in customer service told me today that we were about 25 days from closing, I will keep everyone posted. I also spoke with discover who told me I have 3 months to dispute any charge on my card.

They are contacting me and say they have a buyer.  Offered me a really good price to sell.  They are calling me back tonight.  But with these memos from others, I think I'll pass.thanks to all

This guy has called me a few times after telling him i am not interested. wants to close deal with a buyer and wants my unit. then he says to close deal i have to put money up in escrow. told him no way, wants your bank acct and routing number. no way stay away from this guy. anyone else get he scam

THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE A TIMESHARE SALES COMPANY THEN THEY ASK FOR YOU BANK ACCOUNT # SCAM FRAUD THIS # HAS CALLED EVERYDAY FOR 2 WEEKS REPORT TO WHERE EVER FOR SCAM ARTISTS~~~~~~~~~~
