Isn't this a form of harassment?  I know they are trying to "Help" with late payments so you can keep your car...Guess what...if it takes having all of these annoying calls..you can have the car!

Wells fargo auto finance

All of this sounds so familiar.... I'm working hard to get my credit report cleared due to Wells Fargo not contacting me about auto insurance that they added with out my knowledge. They actually repoed my car in October of 2007. All because they were taking half of my monthly payment and paying insurance with it! I had insurance so I did not need Wells Fargo putting insurance on my vehicle! Never once did they contact me and ask about insurance or provide information stating they had put insurance on my acct. Wells Fargo is not a company that I will ever deal with a***n.  Is it really going to hurt Wells Fargo to clear my credit report?? Can they for once to the right thing for the customer? Thank God that I no longer have to deal with them, other than trying to get them to clear my credit report!

Talking of wells Fargo one of the worst financial ins***ution > but just like any other ins***utions, they have trained their employees to harass the customers. Whenever they call they want to let you know how serious they are , there is nothing like talking to a supervisor, all they do is get somebody else in the same office to even harass you more.To make it worse, somebody will call and leave a name and their extension, but when you call you dont even get them.Its a shame that they act the way they do. I cant wait to finish paying them and i pray that i will never ever have to deal with them.I one time threatened them and i told them that i was leaving the country and they come pick up the vehicle, they were willing to work with me.What a mess.

I get calls from Wells Fargo on a daily basis. I do not answer them because I'm tired of the same conversation. I have already told them my situation, do you really think it is going to c****e in one day? I had such trouble a few months ago, finally I said I wanted a supervisor. They helped a great deal. Then when I ran into a problem and called that person back, it turns out it was just another worker bee, NOT a supervisor. They lie and manipulate you in anyway they can to get money. They do not care what the state of the economy has done to you or your family, they just want their money! I have to deal with not only Auto Finance but Mortgage as well. The mortgage people are a little more understanding, except when it comes to their programs to help those in trouble avoid foreclosure. They say give us a monthly statement and we can see what we can do to help you. Then they tell you oh well you do not make enough for us to help you in anyway (well duh! that is why I'm late on payments!). I'm finding that it is all hopeless! Not a good company in any aspect!

I received a call from a Mary once from this number, then a Daniel twice. The same Wells Fargo Loan Officer, Daniel, once said he was with Wachovia and the second time we spoke he said he was with Wells Fargo Loan Services. He has called every number on my record including my employer and upon my returning the calls, the Wells Fargo Loan offices confirm that my account status is not out of ordinary and that there is no one by the name of Daniel or Mary who would have contacted me as a Wells Fargo Loan Officer. Is this a popular scam under the name Daniel of Wells Fargo Auto Loan or Home Loan services? This Daniel from Wells Fargo makes aggressive calls from this number as well as 407-444-1995. I do not know what else to do but ignore, however its uncomfortable to know that my information can be accessed, mishandled, and so easily abused.

5 years ago, I was financed through Wells Fargo for a vehicle.  On that day it was due, Wells Fargo would call me several times a day harassing me.  On the day due date I would not consider it to be late, but Wells Fargo does not give a flying f*** about if you're in advance, on time or late - they bug you forever!!!!  I'm not even late with my payments!!!  Never a***n will I go with Wells Fargo!  F*** WELLS FARGO!!!!!  NEVER A***N!!!  If it means living without a car for 2 years and save $500 monthly to come up with $12,000 to purchase a car -- I'd do that rather than dealing with Wells Fargo a***n!  Or I'd even rather buy a vehicle from Buy Here Pay Here dealership!

I am being harrassed by Wells Fargo Auto Finance. I traded my car in on 6/7/10 and no longer own it. They have not received the pay off from the car dealer so they keep calling and calling and calling. I have received at least 4 calls on my cell and work number this morning. I have told them repeatedly not to call me any more. They are threatening me by saying that the dealer will take more than 30 days to pay them and then I will get a bad credit report. I called the dealer about this and they indicated it will take 2 weeks. My payment is not that late, the late fee is not even due! I told them not to call me any more this morning and they made sure to call a***n within 15 minutes.

WF calls all the time at least 6 times a day or more, never leaves a message. That way they can call you all the time.  they will not leave you a lone even when you do pay them.

besides all the phone calls you get from god knows how many different nubmers, for those of you who are unfortunate enough to have a bank account with Wells fargo, beware. they will take the money out of your account without notifying you. I actually had to c****e banks because they would pull the money directly out of my checking account without my authorization. Unfortunatley there is nothing you can do. I was informed that when you sign your contract for your car loan and it is thru Wells Fargo there is a notation in there stating that they can and will deduct the amount owed from your checking account.

TALK WITH CUSTIMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT C****ING PAYMENT DATE DUE TO BEING ON SSI WAS TOLD JUST SET A PAYMENT UP TODAY AND YOUR NEXT MONTH DUE DATE WILL C****E WELL GUESS WHAT IT DID NOT SO A***N CALLS OVER AND OVER TALK TO SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON NAME NELLIE SHE PUTS ME ON HOLD WHEN I ASK FOR SUPERVISOR THEN COMES BACK ON THE LINE AND STATED WE CAN NOT C****E YOUR DATE UNTIL YOU SET UP YOUR PAYMENT THAT IS WHAT MY SUPERVISOR  SAID I TOLD NELLIE I WANT TO SPEAK TO THAT SUPERVISOR SHE SAID HOLD SIR ABOUT SIX TIMES  FINALLY SUPERVISOR GET ON THE LINE I ASK DID NELLIE ASK YOU ABOUT C****ING MY DUE DATE HE SAID NO AND I NEED TO SET UP A PAYMENT CHECKMATE I CAUGHT ANOTHER BULL&&I****IST ON THE PHONE UNDERSTAND MY PAY MENT DUE ON THE 17TH OF THE MONTH THIS IS THE 20 OF THE THEY ARE CALLING ME NEVER NEVER NEVER A***N WILL I DEAL WITH WELLS FARGO FOR ANYTHING I WOULD NOT ASK THEM FOR NOTHING BUT TO LEAVE ME ALONE AND TREAT AMERICANS WITH SOME KIND OF RESPECT AND DIGINTY ............

You do everything, and they still call 10 to 20 times a day  harrassing you !!!!!! Day in and Day out  evey day  from 8am to 9pm ....I will never do anything with Wells Fargo A***n!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They only care about them selfs and no one else!!!!!! ***! they call me all the freaking time! i regret the day i ever took out an auto loan with wells fargo! you can schedule payments online and they STILL call and harass you! you idiots, you know my money is coming so leave me alone! geez!
