they Claimed that money was owed on an old debt, they are a fraud , and use scare tactics to collect. .

Caller is very rude and threatens you with court action if you refuse to pay, threatens you with IRS action if you refuse to pay. Has your ssn and bank account information, beware, do not authorize any payments over the phone.
