See, this Jack philips guy, is obviously out to scare people and steal money. Not only that he has your personal info. This is happening to more than me... why isn't he locked up for this?

Called several times and when i asked him to contact authorities or show up in person he said he would ***** me

tried to tell me there was a legal complaint a***nst us regarding an unpaid loan. Said he was Officer Frank Phillips. I ***g up. When he called by I let the call go to voice mail. After seeing the other comments I am going to call our local authorities.

Constantly called my job several times a day! Claimed his name was Jack Phillip and the situation was time sensitive, began to get irritated when I told him the person he was calling for was not available! told me i had a half a hour to have them contact him!!!! lololol

they called stating they were Frank Philip, Michael Cook on another occassion and said that he was from the United States Fruad and Investigations division and if I didnt pay them the loan I owed (payday loan, supposedly) that he wouold have me arrested and he would have me fired. When I told him to send me a certified letter and to speak better English he cussed at me and ***g up. They call my job 5-8 times per day asking for different ppl.

update: haven't gotten a call since hahahahaha!!!!!!

same here......tried to get money from me...I asked him to give merge name of the client, he caught on to the fact that I wasn't ****** so he got mad and ***g up hahahahaha

Trying to shake me down for a loan I never took out.
