Callers keep calling continuously, this past time I asked to speak to the manager/supervisor and she bluntly told me that she would not transfer me to them. I asked for the address and phone number...she refused to tell me that information also and was very disguistinly rude to me.

Refused to take me off their call list.

Card Services offering to lower my interest rates. I have asked repeatedly for years to remove my name from the call list.
