This is a scam.

Doing a search this phone number supposedly belongs to an Apple store in Orlando. That is false. The number is being used by a foreign scam artists utilizing the Apple iCloud security breach scam where they try and walk you through giving them access to your computer and Microsoft password. Very dangerous to give them any information and they call from this number and several others multiple times during the day.
