creepy, spine chilling and it scared me

I work at a hotel and they called our front desk and it sounded so real. They said they were in room 206 and they heard noises and were scared and they s****ed hysterically crying and screaming and when I went to the room that had no one in it the door was locked. We had to call the police and everything because it’s a hazard and we can’t have any of that **** happening. We had to contact everyone on that floor and have security ask around. So rude that these things happen and someone targeted our small business hotel. It said from Orlando Florida
