I just spoke with someone from this number and he stated that they dont work for chase but that they are a card services company. I told him that i dont have and have never had a chase acct. so if you call the mumber back and ask to be taken off of their call list, they will take you off. Hopefully this will work for you all as well. If anyone else has the same experience, please post it here for others to see thx. And good luck!! The***** with these people!!!!!

The same things have been happening to that have happened to all of you. I am going to try to get in touch with someone from this number. I dont even have a chase account of any kind!!!! Very frustrating.

This is NOT Chase, and is NOT affiliated with Chase bank, but in fact "Chase USA". They are operating under the guise they "are Chase" yet when I talked to Chase this morning, they did NOT ask me for my account information, which this "Chase USA" DID. I then asked Chase bank themselves if they would ever ask me for any personal information, she stated that they would NEVER ask for that information, because guess what? It populates when you call them! "Chase USA" requires you to give them a number or account information, because they ARE STARING AT BLANK SCREENS UNTIL YOU GIVE THEM INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF" Classic phishing scam. Do not give them anything, they are not Chase bank, they are Chase USA. Also they will tell you Chase "lied to you" No company does that to itself. Idiots.

I have been getting calls from this number incessantly. I called them back and they said they were chase credit card services. I immediately ***g up and called the 800 number on the back of my chase card. In speaking with the official chase people they said that this number is a scam and that chase records everytime that an agent attemps to call one of its customers and no one from chase had contacted me in at least 6 months for anything. he also said to be leary of anyone calling you and asking you for your credit card numbers and information as the people from the 407 number had. he said "why would we ask you for your information if we already had it?" plain and simple...this is a trap! don't fall for it people!

The number of phone calls have been absolutely ridiculous, sometimes 10 a day.

407-771-0978. Sometimes more than 20 calls per day on my business phone when I am at work and at home. They never leave a message, Appears to be a computer calling as no one is there right away when I answer. Calls s**** about 8:00AM and sometimes go to after 9:00PM.

My mother-n-law has a Chase acct. My husbands name is on acct. because we pay her bills and take care of all her financial business. She is now on Chase's hardship progam and pymts. are due on the 13th of every month. I always make the pymt earlier than the 13th. Well every month we get phone calls that our pymt. is due and every time we tell them that the pymt. was made on such and such a date!! Well, we have asked them to NOT call we are making the pymts. we were told that if the pymt. made was more than 30 days ago they s**** calling because they do not like the pymts. to be more than 30 days apart. So basically, DO NOT make your pymt early! When they call they always try to get us to pay by phone but we tell them no, thank you, we will pay by the due date, thanks, no need to call anymore. BUT, like everyone else has said, they call s****ing at 8am, never leave a message and continue to call ALL day long, sometimes even every 20 minutes, up to 10 times a day!

Chase has hired debt collectors to get prepaid phones and just call you until you pay your bills. They are trying to intimidate you into giving you the info or $ and they will stop. I have forwarded my # from one debt collectors # to the other maybe they can exc****e info and help each other out.

This number calls you and than puts you on hold. I am not waiting on hold and I do not know who is calling me. They have called a few times today.

I have received 10 calls from these people in the last 4 days-they keep asking for "Joseph Baccalo" and will NOT stop calling. I have a 2 year old who is being woken up by the frequent calls. I will be filing a complaint with my phone company here in Winnipeg.

Stop saying this number is from Chase-- it isn't.  They are phishers, scammers, or whatever you want to call them.  Give them nothing, not even your time.

I called Chase Visa from the number given on the web site. (which is a 1-800 number) and they told me the phone calls were NOT from them.  I am reporting this to the local police.

They have called 15 times in the last 3 days but never on the line long enough to even answer. Make them stop!

I have been getting upwards of 12 calls a day from this number. I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't know and they never leave a message. I found out this morning that minutes after they called me they called one of my ex's. They immediately s****ed asking him for my personal information. When they refused to identify themselves or the business they had with me, he refused to speak to them. Thanks to all of you previous commenters as I now know who is trying to get in touch with me. I fully admit that I am past due on my credit card payments due to a lay-off, but these calls began within 10 days of my last due date. That seems ridiculous.

8 calls a day

They keep calling my cell phone # which I give out to no one and also have to pay for incoming calls on. The calls are now up to 6 to 8 a day! I refuse to answer and no messages are left. I'll bet it's an automated, computerized call and like everyone else I would say it is from CHASE Bank!

chase usa is calling my home inquiring for another person regarding their over due credit card i have told them repeatedly that they are phoning the wrong number but continue to call this is now blatant harassment and are quite convinced we will never bank with chase.

This is not a Chase Bank number!! It is not from any legit bank or service center. It is an anonymous third party number. Do not tell them anything, do not fax them anything, do not interact with them, do not be intimidated by them. Contact Chase Bank customer service only at the number on your Chase statement. Guard your personal information!!! Remember scammers and telemarketers can post here too, and I'm sure they check to see what is said about their numbers.
