They probably purchased an old debt of yours.  Companies frequently sell old debts to collection agencies.  Confusing?  Yes.  You still owe the money and eventually it may go to court.  If it does, do not ignore the summons.  The judge will likely****ign you to a mediator, who will try to work so****ing out for you.  Ignoring the summons could lead to garnishment.Still, they are using very poor business practices.  They keep calling my house, too.  Today was the first message they left, from Nicole, no explanation.  My son-in-law has not lived here for two years.  They are not doing their homework.  They will not get a call back.  And, I will probably be c****ing my number.

They called and I was trying to figure so****ing out trying to be nice and the girl s****ed screaming at me interrupted me and then ***g up... if that is how they conduct business then that is very unprofessional I know If I treated someone like that at my job I probably would get fired !!! her extinction was 280 !!!

I called the number and extension and was directed to her voicemail that asked for my: Name; Phone Number; Account Number and or Social Security Number. Once I heard the request for a SS# I decided that this must be a scam (if it is not a scam, it does not seem to be a safe way to conduct business).My suggestion would be to ignore the calls and do not conduct any business with this company.

This is Southern Management and they are rude as***** and they always try to bully you into paying them, but the thing is they have the wrong person, I've never had dealings with them and tried to tell them than, but they still keep calling. They should be put out of business

This person is leaving messages on my phone for my son and daughter to call them back.  They do not live in my house and they should not be calling my phone number.  If they do a***n I will report them to the do not call list that we are on.

These people are rude and obnoxious. It's a debt collection agency. They act like they don't care if you pay or not.

Abrupt call wouldn't give a reason for calling said personal, have them call Abby. Also calling a bussiness cell phone, saying the same thing.

Left a very abrupt, short message but did not identify themselves as anything other than Nicole, nor did they leave a reason for calling.  Just that I needed to call them back.
