I think this is probably a health insurance broker who is using an autodialer. I get alot of calls from many odd numbers since I tried to buy health insurance on healthcare.gov. They do not leave a message.

I called them back not even 2 seconds after I missed the call and it said the number is temp out of service

I answered the call and said*****o repeatedly. The rep was talking to someone about peanut ****er. I repeatedly said*****o louder and louder until the rep respinded "who you yelling at you ****". I tgen requested to speak to his supervisor. He refused then threatened to have the system call me constantly.
They call over and over and are from some type of insurance company.
