anoy *******, calls everyday today told him not to call a***n, we are on do not call list he said he will call first thing tomorrow
Marriott time share solicitation.
Wanted to talk to 'Paul' and ***ody here by that name. Spamsters 2nd call.
Marriott spam for my hubby.
Marriott vacation club. Kept calling even though I reported my line as a business line. Yes, I am a Rewards member and generally like Marriott properties, but these calls are a bit pushy.
Marriott time share garbage. Got the same missed call at the same time two nights in a row.
Left busy signal
Received call 2 nights ago from this number. Caller identified himself as someone from Marriott. I said "not interested" and ***g up. Same phone call last night. My husband answered, told person not to call back a***n. Right after my husband ***g up, the phone rang a***n and it was from the same number. My husband picked up, and the caller ***g up! Tonight, we weren't home, but caller id shows a phone call tonight from same number! This is harassment. This is what everyone should do so the FCC will investigate: file a complaint online with the Federal Do Not Call complaint website. I searched for that and entered my complaint. Even if you aren't on the Do Not Call list, you can still file a complaint if you requested that the company not contact you a***n and they still do. If enough complaints are registered on the Do Not Call list complaint website, the FCC will open an investigation and charges may be filed a***nst the company.
I am a former employee. I relocated about a month ago and obviously was unable to continue working there. It is the greatest discount we offer. It is for timeshare but I have personally had to fire some sales reps for being too pushy during the "presentation".. We give you a thorough tour of the property and keep you between 60-90 minutes tops. Most of it is spent on a golf cart, enjoying the view. We offer 13 locations (depending on your state) We have an****igned number of leads for one month and have to call everyone on them for this opportunity. We usually call only Reward Members and MOST of them have signed up for an offer like this. You get the vacation for $299 up to 4 people within the US and $599 for up to 4 people for the Caribbean. It's an amazing deal, not a scam. If you don't want it, just pick up the phone and say "hey, I'm not interested." Picking up and ****ing up will only result in us HAVING to call you back, per management request. If you pick up and say "i don't want any calls from Marriott, please contact me ONLY through email." the calls will also stop. But think about it, if you've stayed with the Marriott, we have a BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP with you. Are you rude when your hairstylist calls? Are you annoyed if your doctor's office contacts you? No. People are trying to make a living just like you and if you wish us not to contact you via phone, answer and tell them. Ignoring the calls does not automatically tell us "Don't call". How do we know you're screening??
Oh sure, legitimate. All you have to do is submit to a soul draining presentation that "only" lasts forever, plus 15 minutes. And if you're the one who signed up for this torture, be prepared to be physically****aulted by your spouse. "I thought you loved me. How could you do this to me?" Well, that's what you'll hear, unless you've already rendered yourself deaf with a sharp pencil to the ear. Sound crazy? No sane person would deliberately jam a sharp pencil in their ear? Believe me, you'll understand if you ever have to sit through one of these presentations. (also- funny note - I haven't stayed at a Marriott in well over two years. When I told the girl this she said, "Oh really? Should I give this information to your wife Susan?" Was she thinking she'd caught someone who used the Marriott for an affair? Dunno. It was a strange thing to say though) BTW, these people are bothersome enough to make me think twice before I stay at a Marriott hotel.
Marriott employees...if you are going to post on these pages, disclose yourself. 'IF YOUR NOT INTERESTED, THAT'S FINE THERE'S MILLIONS OF OTHER PEOPLE THAT ARE'...really??? If there are so many people interested, then why continue to harass those that aren't? I have had a woman leave a message four times, this last one scolding me because I had not called her back and am going to lose out on my 'sweepstakes' prize. haha. I have no interest in a timeshare and have no interest in defending myself to aggressive sales people. So yes, if you are coming to this page to find out if it is legit....it is. IT'S A LEGITIMATE SALES CALL FOR MARRIOTT VACATION CLUB (timeshare).
They were very professional with me. I wanted to look into the place they were selling me first so I asked for them to call me tomorrow to buy me some time to research before I commit to so****ing. Just wanted to make sure they were legit.
From a legal standpoint.....if you are a "Rewards Member" even if you are on a national do not call list...you still have a standing business relationship with Marriott so they are able to contact you. This is not a scam!! I took advantage of their promotion with my Husband ....BEST vacation I ever had! It was inexpensive, a beautiful resort and they had so many options available. They let us pick the resort to receive an 80 perecent at. They were persistant but I was glad I answered finnally! We did a preview tour too which I was nervous about but it ended up being really laid back. My husband and I said we weren't interested and they didn't try to pressure us at all. The guide actually gave us pointers on what to do and see in the area.
The number 407-903-6100 calls 2-3 times a week since I stayed at a Marriott about a month ago. At the time of my stay I signed up for the rewards program, probably a big mistake.
This person called my cell phone, which is provided by the company I work for. They said they were from Marriot Insurance and wanted to verify my contact information, if I still handled large property losses. I did not really answer. She then asked if my policyholder or I were allowed to received Marriot Rewards points as incentives. I said no and she ***g up
ACTUALLY THIS IS A VERY VALID PROMO. IF YOU NEVER STAYED AT THE MARRIOTT, WELL IM SORRY, YOUR MISSING OUT. BUT ANYWAYS WHEN THE NEW HIRES FIRST GO ON THE PHONES THEY DO CALL RANDOM PEOPLE TO GET A FEEL OF PIT****G THE PROMOTION. YOU JUST MAY HAVE BEEN ONE OF THE "RANDOM" PEOPLE. EITHER WAY, THE PROMO THAT IS OFFERED IS THE BEST MARRIOTT HAS TO OFFER. IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL LIKE THIS, LISTEN TO THE AGENT, ALL THEY ARE TRYING TO DO IS HELP YOU OUT WITH A FUTURE VACATION STAY WITH THE MARRIOTT. IF YOUR NOT INTERESTED, THAT'S FINE THERE'S MILLIONS OF OTHER PEOPLE THAT ARE.
I received a call from this number last night. I have never stayed in a Marriott...ever. There is no reason for them to have my number, yet they do.
Look, If your cell phone or unlisted number was contacted it is because you signed up for so****ing during a stay and left that number. It's not a scam it is legit and the reason they don't do mail outs is because people will throw them away as junk mail and the expense is wasted. All you have to do is say you're "not interested" and use those exact words and the calls will stop. If you're called repeatedly it is because you never answer and it is the reps job to contact their****igned guests. If you're skeptical about the authenticity of the offer ask them to verify that they're Marriott and they will with either a previous stay, email that you gave them, marriott reward point balance, credit card on file or all of the above. Everyone is so weary of this because of other scam artists and is quick to****ume the same. It is a valid offer from Marriott. Each rep has an extension so the 800 number and extension will help you get in contact with the exact person you spoke to. Or you can dial their ext that they give you from 407-903-6100 to reach them as well.
