do you happen to have a valid phone # i have been calling them for three weeks and noone calls me back.

They called me as well on 9-13-10 They told me there was on offer for my unit and I also had to pay closing costs upfront. They totaled $2491.73 which I put on my Discover card. They have sent me paperwork (2 contracts and a copy of warranty deed) and today the girl in customer service said we are about 25 days away from closing. I will keep everyone posted on what happens. I have contacted Disocver and they told me that I have 3 months to dispute any charge. Everything seems ok so far, I am praying for the best. Will keep you posted!

The total transaction was also to be 80-90 days, which seems to be an awfully long time. So Beware!!!

I received a call from Michael B. a representative from this company. He said that my Westgate Property was sold and he needed my VISA Card number for the Closing Legal Costs that were over $2,000, the buyer had picked up the other $500. He also said that my credit card company would nullify my transaction within 3-5 days if I chose to do so. I told him that I would have to check with VISA and let him know. He reluctantly after 5 or so minutes let me call VISA and they told me that NO that was not their policy and it was up to HOST to allow this. He phoned back and I told him this and he said that They would hold the funds for 5 Day's. Enough time for the papaerwork to go through. I was still hesistant and told him this and he said that they had put so much work into this and that I was acting like a old woman and to grow up and give him the number. I ***g up on him and he rang back with a message saying to grow up and act like a man. I phoned back the next day and reported him. I have not heard back from them yet. I also asked him what week and unit that he had sold and he did not Know.

They phoned (888 538 1697) sed have a buyer for our Timeshare.   Represented herself asfrom "Host Services" the Finance Co for Host Timeshare Co.   Price quoted very acceptable, but amskeptical they have a P.O. Box # in Orlando,  no street address.Any one out there have experience with these people??Can contact me direct   [email protected]

They just phoned me also. I am sceptical. They are to phone back in 30-45 min.

What have you experienced with these people? They say they want to sell our timeshare - are they legit.?SJohnson
