Hi Milpitasgirl, I was also inquiring about this job for sometime. I was wondering if you can email me and let me know the details of why you love this job. I had a friend who told me to apply and he did but they weren't hiring at the time. Can you let me know I'm very interested in it, email me at [email protected]
If you would like a position here I would defiantly contact her and see if you can get a interview. Then you can decide for yourself. I have worked with her for quite some time and love it
Let me share so****ing with you Ms Denise, first off unless you have experience breaking down statements to see where costs are hidden I'm not sure what qualifies you to make such a statement? Being in the Industry (Not with Atlas) working for major banks for over 10 years our sell was tough because we were higher but we focused on selling our customer service to merchants. I recently went to work for this company and I can tell they sell at wholesale prices beating Costco hands down. Transfirst is the bank that deals directly with Visa/MC so the middle man is cut out. Yes the service fee per month is in the form of a 48 month lease, however no one does anything for free, profits need to be made. Our bank is no different and we have represented only Fortune 500 companies offering them wholesale pricing and have been in business for 40 years. With that said if you want to be foolish about looking at the apples to apples statement comparison when on average we save the merchant anywhere from 10 to 20% which can be huge if you do a large volumne. After 48 months that service/lease goes away and then its at cost to you. Now if your a business person you can appreciate making profit? Just yes****ay I saved a merchant over $480 per month and have had some quite a bit in the higher dollar amount. Now I'm not a rocket scientist but if you were paying out $480 every month over and above your cost to do business and had a choice to only pay 100 to 140 a month I would think its a no ***iner? Say what you want but if you have never worked in the industry you really have no understanding of costs.hidden fees or otherwise. Now since we are a bank we have to disclose our profit on any merchant account. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at [email protected] nothing else I hope I have given you some valuable information. And oh when you do business with us, you actually sign TWO do***ents reagarding the 48 month lease so nothing is hidden..Have a great day and I hope your saving money because we won't waste your time if we can't save you money.
Let me tell you so****ing Bill: They are liars and crooks. They will appear to save you money but the truth is they will lock you into a long term lease on the equipment. Do NOT do business with these people.
I have been considering a sale position woth the company but want to verify if they run a legitmate business. Some reports are not favorable - Yet the comapony they say they represent or use rt do check processing www.Transfirst.com - Does appear to be legi***mate. What is your experience with this firm in San Jose IE: Speciafically Fiona WalsheBill from North Bay Area
Whose the **** now? You could have saved your employer 20% on his credit card processing costs but you wanted to be a jack*** to someone on the phone.
By actually taking their call and appointment, they saved me nearly 20% on my processing bill each month (roughly $400 p/m). I have been with them for 5-months now. I hate having to pay anything for someone using their creditcard, but Atlas delivered what they quoted. No major complaints about that.
Just got a call from these ****s. I stopped her spiel ("rates are going up") and made her tell me the name of the company: "Atlas Payment Processing." I knew what was coming next so I stopped her a***n and told her to take our name and number off their lists. She seemed to want to argue, saying they weren't selling anything and I didn't know what they were calling about. I told her I knew exactly what they were calling about (I've learned from reading this site and others) and repeated my instructions to remove our name and number, etc. She got really mad and ***g up on me.Caller ID: 408-213-5400Caller: Atlas Payment ProcessingCaller Type: Commercial
