I've s****ed to receive these calls as well. However I had my laptop serviced at Future Shop. I've missed every call but havent tried calling back since it would be long distance. Their like hounds though. I missed 7 calls today!

same here......we too had our laptop serviced by the Geek Squad at Best Buy and now we are getting these calls from this number! No message and when we call the number it says it's not in service!  I am s****ingg to hte best buy just like wal mart

We keep receiving calls from this number (the online research says it's an HP number), and they don't leave a message.  When I call them back, it says the number is not in service.  We recently had our HP laptop serviced with the Geek Squad at Best Buy.  We never dealt directly with HP, so it seems to me that Best Buy has given our info to them without our permission.  Is this legal?

This number is to HP returns and let me tell ya...doesn't matter what day you tell them to call...they call the following week...GOOD LUCK on getting an English speaking person who you can understand...this "quick" call was 45 minutes long and then at the end they wanted me to pay for the shipping I was told was covered by HP....
