Thank you, this was helpful.I've received several calls this week but they never leave a message.
A representative will ask for you by name,say they're calling about the Bank of America account "you have with us" and want to talk with you about insurance by B of A, ANU life insurance. They won't give you an actual business address but will tell you they're in Los Gatos. If you call the Bank of America, in Los Gatos at 408-335-2900, the General Manager says they do not sell life insurance in their ***nch, nor do they use calling lists for telemarketing. They are not affiliated with the 408-335-7725 phone number who is an obvious scammer. Says to report them to the FTC under bogus telemarketing scams.
ASKING FOR MY PERSONAL INFORMATION; SS# AND DOB.
