After 3 weeks of random calls from this person, never hearing a word on the other end, I finally told them I reported them. I have not heard back since. This usually gets them to listen. If they dare call a***n, all the more evidence a***nst them on my phone history.

They call 3 times a day. When I call them back, no answer.

This is a phone bank doing calls on behalf of Santa Clara City Council candidates, Debi Davis and someone else whose name I couldn't quite catch (possibly Jerry Marsalli, but I may well have that wrong). At least they'll stop by the election.

I responded to some Craigslist ads for houses for rent and afterwards I s****ed getting weird text and phone calls. One of which was from this number.
