BEWARE!! Do not answer the phone, call back, or speak to these individuals if you receive a call from this phone number. Caller ID referenced this number as being located in Campbell, CA. The person who called me claimed to be a representative of a major government crediting bureau that he would not name, he would also not provided me with his name. The caller claimed that I owed money to every single type of lender, hospital, credit card company, and loan service you can think of, including the IRS. The caller proceeded to read me a statement (obviously pre-written) that if I did not pay an outrageous fee immediately over the phone they would send the police to my house to arrest me. The caller repeatedly stated that if I ***g up on him, he would submit a warrant for my arrest. When I con*****d his claims, he stated the police were already on their way to my home. When I questioned why I had never been served with any paperwork from the courts in regards to this issue, he stated I was not home at the time, or pretended not to be. He repeated several times that if I ***g up the call I would be immediately arrested at work or at home and held without bond for 90 days. He stated I would lose my job and not be able to obtain employment a***n for 7 years. When I asked him to name every single company this suit was in regards to, he told me he could not because I could use this information a***nst their office in court. He also would not name the office he worked for, just that they were a law office retained by the also nameless government credit bureau. He continuously stated the conversation was being recorded and to choose all my words carefully as they would be used a***nst me in court. When I began to question the caller, stating I believed they were fradulent and trying to scam me, he promptly ***g up. Please tell all your friends, family members, and especially older relatives to be on the lookout for these thieves, I would hate to see an older person get roped in by them under the fear of being arrested. I originally received a call from 214-814-5094. I filed a complaint and blocked there number. Now they are calling me with a new phone number 408-385-2501. They make threats of arresting you for loans that I never had. No information or anything.
