He’s been calling about a factor warranty and sending mailers and doesn’t know why I won’t respond but he’ll have to close my case

Claims to have sent mail. Then says he's not sure why I haven't responded. Asks that I call in order to keep file open. Don't know where he is calling from. In my call there is no identifying agency etc...

Caller, Victor, uses slow, stuttering tone in voicemail to appear legit. Threatens to "close your file" if you don't get back to him about a factory warranty. No company mentioned.

Called and said it was about my factory warranty and that he needed to speak to me immediately. Said he sent "mailers" to my house and isn't sure why I haven't responded. No company name announced or anything. Smh.

Factory warranty. Said they sent mailers and not sure why i didn't respond. Guy left VM. He sounded like he was a little slow. Maybe needs to study his scam script better. Maybe it's the shame, too.
