Called my cell phone20 times in past 7 days.

calls 5-9 times a day/night

they have continued to call me over 2 years almost every day sometimes as many a 5 times per day. i have asked many times that they stop but now just block all calls from them

Yes this number has called me for over 2 years for the San Jose Mercer News. I have asked to be removed from their list many times.

this is a phone number for newpaper sales. call the number, listen to the recording and leave your number and they will take you off their calling list.

I don't know who this is, but they call over and over and over and don't answer half the time we pick up. Today, someone finally answered, and asked how I was. I told her I would be a lot better if they would stop calling us and told her to remove our number from their list immediately. She seemed taken aback and said that she would.

If you do not want to be called a***n please simply tell the telemarketer to put you on the do not call list. Doing this will ensure you do not recieve any future calls. You can also call the number in question and request to be put on the do not call list. thanks

i receive multiple **** ups daily. i want them to stop calling me i am registeresd on the do not call registry

News Paper subscriptions. Called morning, then night. Very pushy.

Mercury News. They called a couple of days ago and I told them I was not interested. They called me a***n just now.

Me too..  San Jose Mercury newspaper keeps calling me to re-subscribe.   I already had one call where I cancelled it, and a second for "are you sure you really wanted to cancel?", and apparently they are trying a***n.Like the other people reporting this, I got repeated calls and when I answered there was ***ody on the call.  After a few seconds it ****s up on me.    Finally after picking up one of the calls, the SJ Mercury telemarketer actually picked up and gave me the sales pitch.     I said "No thank you, and please remove me from your call list".     Apparently that did not happen.

RECEIVED THE SAME PHONE CALL...I just let it go & I DISCONNECTED  THE CALL...

It's the Mercury News for me as well. I have also told them not to call me back, to no avail. I tend to be fairly polite with telemarketers, so i let them talk for a while... they have a very slimy and aggressive sales pitch, but as soon as i say i'm not interested, they scoff and **** up. someone, somewhere, is training a room full of sociopathic telemarketers for some reason.

These people call me everyday!!!!! One time they called me at 9pm i was not happy! I asked them everyday not to call me, they don't listen!!! I am ready to call the police!!!!

I just canceled my subscription to the Merc, so maybe that's why they're calling me.

they call 3-4 per day. I have not picked up. Been 2-3 weeks now. in March. Will pick up soon to find out. Feel sorry for who'll be on the other end of the line.

Its Mercury Newspaper subscription. So irritating. They call me at least twice a week.

Got a call, when answered it ***g up before I got a chance to put the phone to my ear. It seems like they are trying to confirm the validity of numbers sold to them.

This number was calling me every few days over the past month (Feb-March 2010). Last week I got three calls from this number in one day alone! Once every hour! This week I've gotten 3 calls from this number. This ridiculous! Is this legal?! The calls come through on my cell so I refuse to answer. But if anyone knows who these people are please let us know.

Calls from 4085350182, several times every day, are extremely irritating and getting on our nerves.The Caller ID displays "NO ML PBIS", whatever that stands for.Hey caller, stop bothering people and get a life!
