SPAM SCAM

"Lower interest rates" scam call, which uses various CID displays. Appears to come from a USA boiler room that handles multiple scams, ignores DNC lists, and will **** up at the slightest su****ion that the caller is "on to" the scam. One operator said they are paid by the hour, so they don't care what you say. They will eventually ask you for a credit card number so they can charge you for whatever they can get away with. This is the lowest form of burglary.
