I DID AS WELL SPAM! I don't owe this people any money they claim they are officers of a legal department and call minute after minute after I dont pick up they call private non-stop...they know my name and social pretty scary to know someone know your information but it is a lie....they said i took out a loan on cash advance and i never paid. However, I have never used a cash advanced and I said it's fine sue me serve me with paperwork to my job or home we will see you in court. There is enough surveillance cameras in cash advance locations and I can guarantee you no camera will show me walking out with no money... Have never been served with paperwork 2 months later today they s****ed calling a***n.

Called me at work and didnt leave any information expect to call them back, when i called them back it seemed like it took them forever to 'Come up' with a reason why they had called me. They tried to say that this call was regarding a LAWSUIT that i had filed a***nst me for opening an online loan with like 200 different online companies. When i asked them if they could send me information regarding this 'Lawsuit' they stated that there was no way they could. Sounds kinda fishy to me.
