Person saying that I took out a payday loan online. Said that I 've not paid it back. I said I would like to know the company supposely and they said its past that point and that the are going to file a fraudlent claim and failure to pay it back. I said I dont know what your talking about and if they could send me some papers about this loan and they said that it past that point. They said they if i wanted to pay or have my attorney call them.
