Email stating that they were auto renewing my protection plan and to call this number if I want my refund.

renewing my computer coverage for another year at $498.99

I told them they were spam since I don’t have a pc nor purchased anything to remove my number and she just ***g up on me

Email said that an auto charge was to be made on my account and to call if I wanted to cancel the "Plan". "In case you need to cancel the renewal of the Premium Protection Plan and claim your refund of $498.99 just call us at (408) ***-3465." The email also had a Best Buy "LOGO" that was obviously cut and pasted into the email. Furthermore, the REAL Geek Squad's number is 1 (800) 433-5778 .
