Email stating that they were auto renewing my protection plan and to call this number if I want my refund.

renewing my computer coverage for another year at $498.99

I told them they were spam since I don’t have a pc nor purchased anything to remove my number and she just hung up on me

Email said that an auto charge was to be made on my account and to call if I wanted to cancel the "Plan". "In case you need to cancel the renewal of the Premium Protection Plan and claim your refund of $498.99 just call us at (408) 641-3465." The email also had a Best Buy "LOGO" that was obviously cut and pasted into the email. Furthermore, the REAL Geek Squad's number is 1 (800) 433-5778 .
