The caller ID reads South San Franci******y Area which is a (650) area code but the caller ID is showing a (408) area code which is n ot South San Francisco. Bandwidth.com clec, llc-ca is a Business VoIP, internet access company and the map shows this number to be outside of Africa.
Twice in the last 2 days. I dont know but could be the Sunnyvale PD. didnt answer
