Text for my daughter for complaints and accusations a***nst her. There is an investigation. pending.

Received an all caps text about an "investigation about complaints and accusations" and to contact their legal department by the end of the day.

They said there was complaints on my boyfriend in a text and when called they said it was about a check fraud from 2019 so 4 years ago.

Well text said there was complaint a***nst me and when I called to find out if legit..representative called me "sweetheart " and when I said that's uncalled for he totally went crazy !! S****ed cursing me out, called me a Karen, and when I said Im recording the conversation he suddenly ***g up. TOTAL SCAM !!!!

Said there was an investigation on my husband that's on hold unless he contacts by end of day.
