received a text today from this number stating" Good Morning (my name) and how are you doing? Sorry for the delay, I am Mrs. Belinda Oman from (Unisys Corporation ), Your reume was reviewed by the Company Head Dept and selected for an online interview and job briefing. Reply back if interested." It is a SCAM!! She told me I would be in contact with John Winterfall, who is the hiring manager.

Said they were texting on behalf of manager at Unisys who had seen my profile online and wanted to set up interview. Googled and found these comments. Blocked their number and told them via text I was doing so.

asked for an interview from UnitedHealthCare. Having applied for a position I answered. THen I looked up the number from the text. It seems this has been an ongoing scam.

received at text message to setup a job interview on Yahoo Messenger. Setup the interview...the company is a valid company. Had the interview and was told I got the job and the would be sending me a cashiers check to purchase equipment to work from home. I received the check and validated with PNC Bank that it is a counterfeit cashiers check. Reporting the scam to the attorney generals office, local authorities and the company.

408-692-7824: Appears to be some form of investigative unit. Be aware could be a spammer looking for more details about you!

This says that the number belongs to a landline, then how can it send me numerous texts?
