sent me a text saying i was to be served with papers if i did not respond spam spam spam give them no info!!!

Referenced making moves a***nst a relative. Provided birthday, name, and general address.

Pending notice for Cleveland County and left a reference number on my daughters cell phone. I have nothing outstanding anywhere, so I know this is a scam. I also have had the same cell phone number for 30 years; there is no reason they couldn't reach me. But they call my daughter? SCAM.

Tammy Williams with Anderson &****ociates said the call was for my mom.. Notice of Intent and if I did not call by 1/27/2021 they would move forward. Mentioned my mom's name "has been served". The number came with a 405 area code due to my area code on my cell is 405. I do not live in that area for many many years.

SPAM! She said it was Marlene Anderson and****ociates and thay if I didn't return call they would move forward. 866 476 0809 and left a ref #. They called 2 other people in my family looking for me. No such place or business name exists. The # on my caller ID appeared local.

They text my phone claiming it was a Final Notice and gave a case number, stating that, if I fail to make contact, they will send a "Process Server" to my employer or residence. They gave their alternate number of 866-476-0809 to call back. None of their information including a case number checked out. They're scammers waiting on someone to call or text back to verify the personal info sent.

I’ve looked up all the information they’ve given us because they had so much and nothing has come to any truth. They pretend to be council reps and attorneys and it was all BS! These scammers are getting fancier, but don’t fall for it!
