Jay texted me and said he would sent me a letter of intent on a property I am selling. I did receive it. I then called him back to go over it with him and he did not pickup his phone. I then texted him back and he has not returned my call.

Like everyone else, said e sent over an offer - nothing was ever sent! Total scammer!

Jay said he sent me an offer on my listing.

He said he had an offer on my listing and wants to know if i received it.

Said he just sent me an offer on 1029 N Velie Ct. Can you let me know if you got it. Jay

Received a Text message from "Jay" addressing my first name and advising that he just emailed an offer on one of my listings. Nothing received. Will not reply. Marking as SPAM. (Get lost Jay!)

Got the same message as all the above reports. "Jay" found my number online and wanted to know if I was still an agent.

Keep sending me offers for various home and will not stop emailing or texting eventhough I've asked numerous times

He said he sent an offer to my email but I found nothing. I've gotten numerous spam email from "Jay" a supposed investor to flip home.
