Calls me at home & work telling me I owe money to a company I never used or received anything from.Also told me they could record conversation without consent.

THIS ALSO  HAPPENED TO ME YES****AY AND IS NAME WAS BRIAN HE SAID THAT I WOULD BE ARRESTED FRIDAY MORNING AND MY MOM WOULD BE INVESTIGATED SINCE SHE WAS  A REFFERENCE.THEY SAID I HAD TO PAY 989.OO TODAY OR I WOULD BE IN COURT AND HAVE TO PAY FINES ANC COUT COST TOTALLING 8438.00.THIS WAS A PAYDAY LOAN APPLICATION SITE THAT SAID SECURE ON IT TRYING TO GET A CONCOLADATION LOAN.I CALLED THE POLICE AND ALSO TH FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSON WHICH THEY ARE INVESTIGATING THEY SAID ITS A SCAM I WAS SO FREAKED OUT THEY SAID THEY WIRED MONEY INTO MY ACCT AND THEY HAD ALL MY PERSONAL INFO .THIS NEVER HAPPENED.

i got a call today saying i owe money from US cash loan, and i am going to get arrested on friday and be taken to court, and as conversation go on I was so worried and hyterical then he ask me if I am willing to pay 986 dollars today and that will be all taking care of, heres the info they gave me, they calling from Law Group of California phone no.408 837 0495  they adrress according to them 1365 chula vista vista ave , Irvine Ca . his name is Jack Lawson and andri Jones. please

same number called me today and told me  a payday loan from us cash loans that i did not pay back last feb 25 , i knw it's not tru because I wasn't in the country that month i attended my ***hers funeral overseas, the guy name jack lawson told me I am getting arrested on friday and go to jail, but if I pay amount of money today that will be taking care of, scarry I'm glad I did a research first, they even have all my work number and bank account number and told me my husband and daughter will get investigated also, because i had them as reference.this need to stop need.who knows what else information they have of me. the guy saaid he is from Law group of californ****hone 408 837 0495.

I got the same exact phone,from 408-837-0495 and said that I had gotten a Internet Loan from Insta Cash and would be filling paperwork a***nst me and send me to jail.When I said i would contact my attorney, she ***g up on me...I believe the name she used was " Angee Jones" from the Law office of California...

Claims to with fraudelent investigations. Trying to get me to pay money to avoid court charges. refuses to give any paperwork on why i owe money. Over the last few weeks I have received calls from this an another number trying to convince me I have took out a loan from US Cash(which I have not) and that I failed to pay it and need to give them $900 or they will have me arrested. Callers all have middle eastern accents. I contacted the FCC and was****ured this is a scam so I now **** up but they call repeatedly.

Ignore the calls.  It is a scammer from South africa, and about every 3 months their phones get shut down, and they get new ones.  their threats are worthless.  I have blocked their numbers, and when they c****e their phone, I may get one or two calls from them, but they stop when no one answers to fall into their game.

I received a very threatening call from 408-837-0495.  He said his name was Andy Parker and threatened my safety.  He even called me a  "*****". I kept asking him what company he was with.  I was terrified because of his heavy accent...He then called out my address which scared me even more...I don't know whether to contact my local authorities or not...This has to be illegal!  And he also kept disconnecting the call every time I asked where he was calling from....I  need to know where to report this to

I keep getting these calls from a guy named Gary Williams the number he is calling from is: 408-837-0495. He has an accent and says that my husband or his attorney need to call immediately because there is a very urgent matter that needs to be taken care of.  He also said that if I didn't call him back that I would be sorry and that he feels sorry for all the things that will be unleashed upon me and then wishes me good luck with whatever happens to me.

I got several calls from this number as well 408-837-0495 and it threatens me to call him back or have my attorney call him back. He also said that if I didn't call him back that I would be sorry and that he feels sorry for all the things that will be unleashed upon me. The guy sounds like he is arabic or Turkish. I called the number back and got a voicemail that says I got an extension that is unavailable.

I got a call from this same number but it came up on my phone as 505-204-7645, said he needed to hear from me or my attorney immediately and if I ignored this call that all he could do was wish me good luck.

I keep getting calls from an A***ic heavy ascent said his name was russell so****ing keeps threating me and for my attorney to contact him immediately won't say his company nor whats this call is about.
