got a call for my mum they said she had taken a loan and owed them money and if she didnt they were going to arrest her!my mum has never been in debt when i said she wasnt here and asked for a message they s****ed shouting and saying i could sort it for her! oh and that i had a nice voice. when i asked to speak to their supervisor he put me on hold and the same bloke came back on!i think it is disgusting and they need to be stopped i am glad i answered the phone as my mum may have given details.would of helped if i could understand anything they said!

"Adam McKenzie" called work, threatening to have my employee put in jail for an unpaid bill dating back years.  He could barely speak English.  After harassing for quite a few minutes, he put their "attorney" on the phone to harass and threaten even more.  He called back four times and insisted on speaking to a supervisor.  I stopped talking and left empty ****e in our conversation, and he kept saying "what happened?"  "what happened?"  I wanted to f*** with him a little bit.  He would not give the number from which he called, but was willing to say his name was Adam McKenzie.  How stuipid he is because we can all Google that name.  A smart person would think up a new name to use. Good Luck everyone and don't let these a** holes stress you out and don't pay them a dime.  They don't even know proper legal terms for their scam.

they keep calling my number and my wifes number saying they are the sheriffs office and if i dont call back good luck..... they have also called my wrk number and left a harrssing msg on by superv voicemail.... i called them back and they picked up the phone by saying*****o, like it was a home number..... they told me they could make and break there own laws and do whatever they want.... i told them never to call my wrk a***n.... they sd the sheriff fromo ca would be to tx to pick me up this past monday.... no one yet.... they keep ****ing up and i would call bk for case number and they wouldnt give anyinformation not even the name of the company..... they have clld serval times a***n today but i answer and put phone on mute and they hu.  -- we need to get so****ing done about the harrasing phone calls.

This happened last week and 2 times today.  The name this today was "randy williams'. I gave the number to my supervisor, he called and was told no information. He asked and the guy just went silent not answering any questions. My supervisor then ***g up.  They only call my work number-not even my personal extention-they go through the switchboard operator,  I called them last week back on this number 408-843-5330, they said*****O, like it was a personal home number.  They don't call my home or my cell, even though I'm sure it showed up when I called them back.  Hopefull the FBI will investigate.

On Friday, I was told that police officers were going to show up to my home and work and they were going to take me to court on 6-21-10 at 11am.  I offered $200, because I was too broke to do $500.  I broke down crying on Friday to a co-worker and have been under severe stress all weekend.  Today, I missed work and stayed away from home, in fear of being arrested.  They were accusing me of fraud.  I am late on my loans, but none of them were with Quickcash.  I even called local police and asked them if this was normal to have  someone arrested like this.  They said only if there's a warrant.  I came to this site, and felt so much relief that this is a scam.  I thanked God for not having all of the money or it would have been a loss for me.

I received the same calls last week.  He spoke with my supervisor too.  However he did not verify anything with him.    He said someone would appear at my door step the next day to arrest me.  I got a call this morning as well and told me Good Luck if I or my attorney didn't call back.  I called but would not verify any information I just gave my name, this made him very upset.  I spoke with the prosecutor's office in Indianapolis, who had me speak with the fraud department.  She said you can not be arrested for a debit, it would have to go through sMAll claims court if there was a true debt.  Which in my case there is not.  She is the one who actually googled the number and told me about all the people who have received the same type of calls.  They are rude, their English is horrible.  He became very irritated with me when I wouldn't verify my social and address. He said they will be at my place of employment tomorrow to arrest me.  The fraud department had me call the police to file a report of a harrassing phone call.  I have a case # and was told if anyone does come to my door at home or work to call the police immediately.  I am not expecting anyone to show up!

***!!! I just got one from my job and cellphone! I received a call from ADAM MCKENZIE who was stating for me to call back and if i dont 'Good Luck!' I automatically thought so****ing had to be strange and so unprofessional when i heard this. So i googled it right away. I haven't had them call my boss as of YET..since they just called me a few mins ago. Can anyone tell me how i can prevent them in harassing me from my work? Who should i report them too? Can i report them w/o me even calling them back?I'm so glad i googled this number and saw all these testimonies. This is really Scary Stuff!

I posted a long post ,I got the same harrasing phone calls. and same lies mine was a man who could barely speak english (indian accent) called my job, and also told me I was going to court and he wanted my lawyer's name. and told me I would be arrested lose my job, and spend 6-9 months in jail. I told them I don't owe them I never took out a payday loan. Same man called first to say he was calling from a law firm then called my boss stating he was with the cyber crime unit. And I was being investigated. ALL LIES!!!!!!! they called me for months and I googled the number and saw a scam so never called back. so the last low down ***** thing was this friday to call my job. and then i finally called them back and that's when he threatened me with 6-9months jail and had a court date at 2pm and the police would be at my door to arrest me. contacted the attorney general office I have never been in trouble. and You cannot be arrested for a debit.

I did fill out some things online so that's how they got some of my personal information. I will never do that a***n.  I was suspious about they claimed they were from a law office and that its illegal to call someones job. so I googled the first number they told to call back and claimed a payday loan scam . I hadn't called them back over the last 3-4 monthsI they have been harrassing me.for months . They called my job Friday 6/18 ,stating they were investigating me and spoke to my boss and said he was of the cyber crime unit. When I called back the phone number a  nasty harrasing man(has a indian accent) said I had a court date friday 6/18   at 2pm. But I told him  I never recieved any paperwork. h asked him if a  have a court date or hearing I would get paperwork in the mail so that sounded funny to me as well.You will have paperwork today and you can present your case then. Its amazing how hostile and abusive this ****** was being to me. I just wanted to warn everyone. How di****able and what lies and down right harra*****t  these people will go to.They a called me numerous times and I wouldn' t call them back. then they had the nerve to call my job and say there were part of the cyber crime unit and investigating me i need to call immediatley.(And told all of this to my boss). He used name Ryan Cruise. when I called  they just answer*****o.And told me Ryan Cruise wasnt available. What a suprise.  A nasty man with an indian accent told me that at 2pm there was a court hearing. and they wanted to know my lawyers name.A suit a***nst me and my social security number from a default on a payday loan. And i said i never took out a payday loan and he be came hostile and he new the last 4 numbers of my social. Then he s****ed telling me that the cops will be coming to arrest me and I will end up paying 5000 in court costs and fines. And I will lose my job and I will spend 6-9 months in jail.He said  I owed them 576.00 and he told me  To go ahead and **** up on him.  I told him I never recieved any sort of paperwork he said that it was mailed today. but the cops would be at my front door.after 2pm . . But the guy who claimed to be part of the cyber crime unit wasn't available.    The nerve to call my boss and tell them that im being investigated by the cyber crime unit. i  called the state attorneys office and im going to file all kinds of complaints a***nst these people.I AM FURIOUS. They have been harrasing me, my family and my job. Since I never called them back they called my boss they knew I would call back then. They were calling at first leaving messages with the receptionist which i just ignored so I guess they had to find a way to get me to call back. (I googled the number they had left to call back and showed a scam).I felt embarresed. They called my boss and made be look terrible to my boss thinking im doing illegal things on the internet. But my bosses all came in and shut the door and told me I don't know what's going on but i won't abandon you and will help you anyway we can.I explain to them and what the guy had threated me with could tell they were collectors trying to get me to call back. If i never googled there phone number's i wouldn't of know it was a scam. Its an  indian guy with a very thickened accent and you can barely speak english and you can 't understand him. I called attorney general 's office. For Florida . Also there is another number They use it s**** with a 5.And he used the name John was from a law office.(same guy)!!!!

I recieved this call Just today!! *** am I glad I googled it! I was trying to think back if I ever took out a loan... and NO I haven't. Much like the experiences below- mine was exactly the same. They had all of my info! They told me an officer would be on my doorstep to take me to jail on monday, ***??? This company NEEDS to be stopped... Not to mention. you can't understand a WORD they're saying.

I as well received a phone call from this number. The message was left by a " Randy Williamson". I was concerned that this person had my social security, cell phone number place of employment. They told me I took out a cash loan for 5000.00 and refused to pay and that is why they were calling. I told them this is false and to give me the transaction date, phone number to the company.When I s****ed to ask questions I was advised to STOP and if I asked any more questions I would be ***g up on. He did. I called back to get another person who kept putting me on hold Alex Smith and Kevin Foster were the additional names that were used.By the time the call was complete. I had my sister call and she was able to get a man who stated they are a law firm for cyber crime. I tried several more times to call get more info in whichi i just ***g up on and yelled at. These people have caller ID. So if you do call back tell them you are not giving the number they called they are verifying your information as well which could be used for Iden***y Theft. Do not verify the last four of your social.Tell them all the info you have is wrong and not me and file a complaint with the FTC. Due to the nature of the issue. I was told by the FTC after filing a complaint. To call and place an alert on all credit bureaus and to file a police report. This number is tracked to a land line in Guilroy, CA which I provided to the police department and the FTC. Be careful. They are scammers and protect your info.

I just got this call also. They called my job and left several nasty messages. She claimed her name was Gerlin Stevens and that this was a Legal Warning message. And that there was a claim in court filed on my ss#. And that I would be going to court tomorrow. She then asked me for my attorney information. I proceeded to tell her that I do not have an attorney because I did not know why they were calling. She told me to go get one and call them back. I know I have bad credit but I do not owe them. If she spoke clear English then maybe I could tell her about herself. People Be Aware and Be Safe.

Yeah I got this call too. I was "supposed to be picked up my his "law offices" yes****ay for the failure to pay $795.00......I'M STILL HERE!! It's a scam, but what's scary is that they have all of our info, you would think that they authorities would be able to do so****ing about it. On 6/16/2010 I spoke with a man who said his name is "Adam Mckenzie" I contacted phone number 408-843-5330 which was left on the voice mail he left for me at work.. "Adam" claimed I took a loan out from quickcash.net and did not repay the loan. I told them I told him I hadn't taken out any loan and didn't know what he was refering to he saing " I knew I took the loan out and didn't pay it back, he said I was going to jail he also mentioned I had a court date tomorrow 6/17/2010 but he wouldn't tell me where the court house was. The guy was rude and said I would be arrested tomorrow I tried to gather some information "Adam" keep yelling and being rude. I can not get any dates or a case number from him. After a few minutes of yelling I ***g the phone up realizing this couldn't be true and was a scam.  I went to google.com and put in the phone number 408-843-5330 and found a website" who calls me from 408-843-5330? which had several accounts of this same experience happening to other people....

I received two threatening voicemails from a blocked number stating that I needed to return this call to the number 408-843-5330. When i called they claimed to be from the cyber crimes division in Cali and that if i was not willing to pay the 783.48 in fees and fines that a police officer would be at my place of business or home the next day to arrest me for res***ution. They claimed I took a loan out from quickcash.net and did not repay the loan. If I would like to settle out of court I could for a payment of 500.00 today and the remainder on my next pay period. I told them I was flat broke and could not pay them at all. The guy was rude and said I would be arrested tomorrow and ***g up I called back several more times to at least gather some information and keep getting ***g up on. I can not get any dates or a case number from him either. I informed my local authorities of the issue and found out that this has been a very common call to people in the last few weeks. Please, be aware and question everything. The police cannot by law pick you up with a proper summons or warrant for arrest. you would first be notified by either the constables office of a claim of suit being filled a***nst you. So don't fall for their lies.
